Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NuWish, the wishlist and gift registry app. By using NuWish, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What NuWish is

NuWish lets you save product links from online stores as wishlist items, share a list with friends and family, and let them mark items as claimed so gifts aren't bought twice. NuWish is not a store — we don't sell products or process payments for the items on your list.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NuWish to save or share content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the link-parsing feature to scrape or bulk-extract data from third-party sites for purposes unrelated to your own wishlist.
• Access or attempt to access another person's account or private list without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Your account and content

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you add to your lists. You keep ownership of the content you add; by sharing a list, you give the people you share it with permission to view it and claim items on it.

Affiliate relationship

NuWish participates in affiliate marketing programs, including Skimlinks, Sovrn Commerce and the Amazon Associates Program. Links to third-party retailers shown in the app or on this site may be affiliate links, and NuWish may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate, NuWish earns from qualifying purchases.

Third-party retailers

Product details, prices and availability shown on NuWish are pulled from third-party retailer websites and can change or be wrong at any time. NuWish doesn't guarantee their accuracy and isn't a party to any purchase you make on a retailer's site — that transaction, including price, shipping, returns and warranties, is between you and the retailer.

No warranty

NuWish is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NuWish isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues with third-party retailers or products.

Termination

You can stop using NuWish and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
